1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and asaa88 ("asaa88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the asaa88 website, mobile interface, gaming services, sportsbook, live casino, and all related products and services (collectively, "the Services").

3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on asaa88. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. asaa88 may, at its sole discretion, merge or permanently close duplicate accounts and void all bets, bonuses, and winnings associated with the duplicate account.

3.2 You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your membership. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 All transactions on asaa88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). asaa88 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Visa, Mastercard, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20 where available. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction within your asaa88 account.

4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible. asaa88 reserves the right to request alternative withdrawal methods where the original method is unavailable.

4.4 Before any withdrawal is approved, the account holder must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. asaa88 may request a valid government-issued identity document, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.5 Withdrawal processing times are indicative. asaa88 targets a processing time of approximately five (5) minutes for eWallet withdrawals under standard conditions, but does not guarantee this timeline and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or technical events outside its control.

4.6 asaa88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times beyond the standard indicative period.

5.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by asaa88 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that accompany each promotion. These specific terms take precedence over any general guidance in this section.

5.2 Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 asaa88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of cancellation, any bonus amount that has not yet met the wagering requirement will be removed from the account balance without compensation.

5.4 Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion per eligible account unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts or by any other means constitutes bonus abuse and may result in account termination.

5.5 asaa88 reserves the right to void bets and confiscate winnings where it reasonably determines that bonus abuse, arbitrage exploitation, or system manipulation has occurred.

6.1 All bets placed on asaa88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, and market type. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the platform at the time of placing the bet.

6.2 Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. asaa88 reserves the right to void bets at any time where an obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), data feed corruption, or event-specific irregularity is identified.

6.3 In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or results are disputed, asaa88 will apply the settlement rules applicable to the relevant sport and market as published on the platform. Stake refunds are issued at asaa88's discretion in accordance with these rules.

6.4 Maximum bet limits apply per event, per market, and per account. asaa88 reserves the right to adjust limits for individual accounts based on betting patterns, risk assessment, or at its sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the asaa88 platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets;
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus structures or pricing discrepancies;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or system malfunctions — any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided;
• Money laundering or using asaa88 for any purpose that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations;

Breach of any of the above provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the asaa88 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to reproduction, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works from any asaa88 content.

9.1 asaa88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described therein.
